- Raw rice - 1 cup (Soaked 1 hr)
- Powdered Jaggery - 1/2 cup
- Mix the powdered jaggery in water and allow it to boil once and filter it and keep aside.
- Remove the water completely after soaking the rice and shadow dry for sometime and then powderise it using a mixer grinder.
- Mix the rice powder with jaggery and place it in a closed container for 2 days.
- Then make small balls and flatten it and deep fry in oil.
