- Urad dal - 1/4 cup (Soaked 2hrs)
- Rice - 2 cup (Soaked 2hrs)
- Sprouted green gram - 1/2 cup
- Dry chilly - 8
- cumin - 2 t spoon
- Curry leaves - 2 stem
- Shallots - 10
- Garlic - 4 pods
- Grind urad dal and then rice to the idly batter consistency.
- Then grind the sprouted green gram and rest of the ingredients by adding together.
- Mix well by adding salt and allow it to ferment for 8 hrs and then u can put ur healthy sprouted spicy green gram dosas.
